About Me
I graduated from Santa Clara University with a Bachelors of Science in Finance (December 2008). While enrolled and working part time, I accumulated enough credits during my college career to complete my degree in just over three years.
During my time at Santa Clara I developed a desire to build a career in wealth management, thus I began to prepare for the Level I coursework in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) program to gain investment knowledge and expand my professional credentials. In June of 2009, I passed the Level I CFA exam and I am preparing to sit for the Level II exam in 2010.
In 2009, I began an Associate position with Pring Turner Capital Group that has provided valuable experience and proved to be not only challenging but enjoyable. At PTCG I have constructed financial models to back test tactical asset allocation strategies, quantitatively analyzed the firm’s 33-year performance history, helped generate investment ideas and assisted in drafting quarterly client newsletters.
My educational and work experience has not only given me knowledge of the financial markets, but also has encouraged me to develop important time management skills and a great work ethic. The value I bring to any firm is derived from:
- High Net Worth Client Service Experience
- A Solid Understanding of Financial Markets
- Strong Communication Skills
- Financial Modeling and Portfolio Optimization Familiarity
- A Great Work Ethic and Thirst for Knowledge
